Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Teens On Track website and membership platform. By registering or using the site, you agree to them. Teens On Track is a youth movement based in Botswana; contact us at hello@teensontrack.co.bw.

Membership is completely free and open to teenagers aged 13–19. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your account credentials secure. Members under 18 may need parent or guardian consent for certain activities. We may suspend accounts that misuse the platform or put other members at risk.

Some resources, such as selected magazine editions, unlock with a voluntary donation of P50 or more. Donations support Teens On Track's work with teenagers across Botswana and are not payments for goods or services. Donations are reviewed by an administrator before the resource is unlocked. Donations are generally non-refundable once approved.

Programmes such as Tuition & Tutoring and Life Skills are free for members. Marang Spa Salon services are paid directly at the venue; the website does not process bookings or payments for salon services. Tutors must be adults aged 21 or older, and learners under 18 require guardian consent.

• Be respectful to other members, mentors and administrators.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful or misleading content or false donation proofs.
• Do not attempt to access other members' accounts or administrative areas.
• Do not use the platform for commercial solicitation or spam.

Content published on this website (articles, magazines, images and videos) belongs to Teens On Track or its contributors. You may view and download member resources for personal, non-commercial use only.

The website is provided “as is”. While we work to keep information accurate and the platform available, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, Teens On Track is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the website.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with a revised date.
