Teens On Track is a national youth movement in Botswana guiding teenagers (ages 13-19) through academic support, career guidance, life skills, mental wellness, entrepreneurship, sports, technology and leadership programmes, plus student-led clubs, events, a magazine and completely free membership.

## Programmes
- **HER VOICE SPA PARTNERSHIP** — HER VOICE SPA X TEENS ON TRACK

Her Voice Spa, in partnership with Teens On Track, supports teenage girls and young women who did not perform well in Form 3 or Form 5, are out of school, or are currently at home without employment.

Selected participants are fully sponsored and trained completely free of charge in practical beauty skills such as nails, lashes and wig installation.

After training, they are given practical opportunities and allocated clients or work to practise on, helping them gain experience, build confidence and start earning from their skills.

The programme also teaches entrepreneurship, customer service, marketing, money management and how to build a small business.
